One of the things Stephen really liked about Gary was his willingness to listen to what he had to say. Stephen was having problems with tenants and was ready to sell his rental property.

Gary solved an enormous problem for me…  I had a family member living with me that Gary worked with to find a place to move while I moved to my new home in Oregon.    What a burden that lifted from me.   I was nervous through the entire process because I have never sold a house fast as-is before.  Thankfully Gary did exactly what he said he would do including reimbursing me for my utilities the last month Gary let me stay in my house after he bought it.  I was also able to leave all the stuff I didn’t want to take to Oregon with me, and Gary donated the usable items to a charity.   Thank you Gary.
